What we collect
Account details (name, email), workspace content you create or upload, and basic usage data such as page views on your public pages and delivery records for emails you send.
How we use it
To run the service: authenticate you, store and render your content, deliver newsletters and notifications you request, enforce plan limits, and improve reliability. We do not sell your data.
AI processing
Prompts and the content you ask the assistant to work on are sent to our AI provider to generate the requested output. They are not used to train public models.
Subprocessors
We rely on a small set of infrastructure providers for hosting, database and storage, email delivery, and AI generation. Each is bound by data-processing terms.
Cookies
We use cookies and local storage only for sign-in sessions and interface preferences such as your theme choice. No advertising trackers.
Retention and deletion
Content is kept while your workspace is active. Deleting an item removes it from your workspace; deleting your account removes your workspace data from live systems, with backups expiring on their normal schedule.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data from workspace settings, or by contacting us. If you are in the EEA or UK you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Subscribers on your pages
When people subscribe to your newsroom or blog, you are the controller of those email addresses and are responsible for using them lawfully. We process them on your behalf.
