Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Press.new you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you may bind that organisation.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity in your workspace. Notify us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

You keep ownership of everything you upload, write or generate in your workspace. You grant us only the limited licence needed to store, process and display that content so the service works, including publishing pages you choose to make public.

Do not use Press.new to publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing or harmful material, to send unsolicited bulk email, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service. We may suspend workspaces that breach this section.

Drafts, images and suggestions produced by the assistant may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and fact-checking anything you publish or send.

Paid plans renew for the interval you select until cancelled. Usage limits for each plan are shown in your workspace settings and on the pricing page.

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using the service at any time and delete your workspace. We may terminate access for material breach of these terms.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the product. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
